Sparkk TV takes copyright very serious. All content seen on Sparkk TV is used with permission from the owners of the content. All content on Sparkk TV is NOT to be reproduced or re-used without the express written consent of Sparkk TV or the content/copyright holder of the content.

Who owns the copyrights?

Sparkk TV owns all copyrights for its name, logo, and website. All uses of Sparkk TV are herein owned by Sparkk TV.

The Series & Movies seen on Sparkk TV are granted permission for use by Sparkk TV only. All content creators own their own works and have copyrights over those works. These content owners grant Sparkk TV permission for the use of their content in either an exclusive or non-exclusive manner.

How To File A Copyright Claim?

Sparkk TV complies with copyright claims. If you feel Sparkk TV does not have permission to use your content, please contact us at support@sparkk.tv

Sparkk TV will look into your claim and see if a copyright violation has occurred and then take the approve steps to remove your content from our servers.

Sparkk TV was known as VBCtv until 2014, so some content may have been granted permission under the former name, which still grants Sparkk TV permission today. Content permission is exclusive or non-exclusive based on the agreement between the content creator & Sparkk TV and has no expiration date unless the content creator asks for their content to be removed from Sparkk TV or Sparkk TV removes the content due to low-viewership or other reasons.

Compensation

Sparkk TV offers no compensation for any content on Sparkk TV. Sparkk TV is a free to use service in order to promote your Independent Web Series + Web Movies (TV Series & Films) to a larger audience. Sparkk TV uses banner ads on it's platform in order to pay costs of it's servers & other costs to run the platform.

Sparkk TV offers for free, promotions of content and other means to gain an audience for the content on its platform.

Sparkk TV encourages content creators to find unique and other ways to monetize their own content.
