Accounts created but not activated within 60 days will be deleted.
Accounts inactive for over 2 years will be considered dormant and automatically deleted.
When you use Sparkk TV as a guest, we collect minimal data through cookies and analytics tools, primarily for functionality and performance measurement.
If you create an account, we store your personal data securely in our systems and take appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Upon verification of your request, we will fulfill it within 72 hours.

We engage carefully selected third-party subprocessors to support our services. Each is subject to rigorous due diligence and contractually bound to comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate safeguards.

7. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with Article 33 and 34 of the GDPR. We will also coordinate with relevant supervisory authorities and assist customers in notifying data subjects if required.
