Transfer Information to the United States
The Services are operated in the United States of America (USA) and serves to a global audience. If you are located outside of the USA, please note that the information you provide to us will be processed in the USA, where laws regarding processing of personal data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Where applicable law requires certain mechanisms or safeguards prior to the transfer of data from another entity in another jurisdiction to the United States, we will implement such safeguards such as relying on approved standard contractual clauses and applying appropriate security measures relevant to the treatment of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Sparkk TV is the data controller with your information. When you use Sparkk TV as a guest, only your general information is collected using cookies, such as geography based on IP and system demographics through Google Analytics.
When you create a Sparkk TV account, Sparkk TV then collects your information and keeps it secure on its own servers and CDN. No data is ever sold to third-parties. Sparkk TV offers both the option Request Your Data or Delete Your Account (Data) from our server. When a request is made, once you authenticate that request (we require confirming your request for security reasons), we will delete your data within 72 hours of the request. The deletion WILL NOT occur until you have verified your request for data deletion thru email.
Subprocessors
In an effort to be as transparent as possible to our customers, the Subprocessor list includes any third-parties who may have access to your data by utilizing our service. The type of data that the Subprocessor has access to is limited to only what is reasonably necessary to perform the service provided.
Prior to engaging with a Subprocessor, Sparkk TV performs extensive due diligence, which includes security and legal analysis. Each Subprocessor is subject to contract terms that enforce compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Notification in the event of a Data Breach
We will notify the owners of Sparkk TV accounts within 72 hours of the discovery of a data breach. We will work with our customers to inform Data Subjects of the breach.
